I just received the CareSens N plus kit and had a little trouble setting it up. The software for the bt was not listed on my phone. I had to call the help desk to find a way around it. That got me connected, but then came problem number 2. The monitor is designed with the controls on the sides, and the sides are angled as to not allow a firm grip on the monitor without pushing the control buttons. This is really not convenient for someone with big hands, and I believe would be even more inconvenient for someone who may have arthritis. I like the bt feature of the unit since it will help me track my readings, but i feel that I may end up sending the unit back if this becomes a problem. I will use if another week or so to get a good feel of its operation, but right now i feel the monitor case should be redesigned to make it easier to operate and control. Thanks
